Position: Bilingual IT Helpdesk Staff (Full-Time)

No IT Experience Required | Visa Support Available | Free Training | Work From Home Available

We are hiring Bilingual IT Helpdesk Staff to support international and foreign-affiliated companies across Japan.

Whether you have previous IT experience or not, we welcome motivated individuals who are eager to learn and build a career in the IT industry. Comprehensive training will be provided before you begin your assignment.

Who Can Apply

  • Any nationality is welcome.
  • Must currently be living in Japan.
  • No prior IT experience required.
  • Students and dependent visa holders are welcome to apply.
  • Visa sponsorship/support is available for eligible candidates.
  • Must be interested in working full-time.

Language Requirements

  • Japanese: JLPT N1 or N2 (Required)
  • English: TOEIC 600–700 or equivalent communication skills (Required)

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide IT helpdesk and customer support services.
  • Assist users from international and foreign-affiliated companies.
  • Handle basic IT support tasks after completing training.
  • Learn and develop professional IT and communication skills while working.

Salary

  • Starting monthly salary: ¥220,000 or more
  • Salary increase of ¥5,000 every 3 months based on performance and company policy.
